I've loved our fridge for the last 14 months. We're always able to make room for all the groceries just by reconfiguring for taller/bigger items when needed. I especially love the cheese drawer and deep freezer drawers. Keeping it clean has been easy without the need to remove shelves and drawers to get at the places that need cleaning. I'm just solidly impressed. It's not a loud appliance and doesn't make noises in the night. Very bright and we'll designed.

Beautiful refrigerator! Drawers are a bit shoddy, as they fall out repeatedly when opened, so this is inconvenient. Freezer is small with wire basket housing. The least favorite of my KitchenAid appliance suite.

Roomy fridge with generously sized freezer compartment. The door handles are easy grip and styled so they are easy to clean with no hard to reach crevices. From previous experience I realized I do not need an ice maker in the fridge door so do not miss it. I also prefer the full door to French doors that I had on my previous fridge. Very happy with my choice.

This is a replacement for a matching sized refrigerator from another manufacturer, and I am very pleased with it. I personally prefer a full door over the French door design as those just don't seem to open wide enough. The lack of water in this was a choice as well. You can add an ice maker to it if you'd like, but we chose not to. I am a little disappointed that this did not have a little shelf for ice trays as our previous one did, but that's still around so we'll use that if/when we want ice.

Have only owned it a month. I would rather give a review after a few years. I know this is just a basic refrigerator, but it would have been nice to have more detail go into the engineering of the drawers so they don't fall out if you pull them too far. Just because I don't want water or ice maker doesn't mean I don't want higher quality. Printshield on this refrigerator would have been nice too. I am happy with my purchase, but a few more upgrades would have made it perfect

Bought this for our new condo and it appears that we cannot change the door swing. The seller should've told us that when we bought it. We've been down this road with much older refrigerators but this one has hinge locations on both sides, so we thought it would be as easy as the various GE models and Whirlpool models are. Apparently not so. It really doesn't work well for us because the door swings the wrong way. Trying to figure out what to do. Website's Online Chat is not helpful. They said to hire a technician to come out and assess the situation.

I have had the handle serviced twice and the screws loosen within a month. The freezer pull handle will not stay tightened. The drawers fall out easily. So sorry we purchased this model and brand. My old Whirlpool is going strong from 1995 in the garage! with tight handles! Kitchenaide, please fix this issue!!! Paying $100 for a service call is ridiculous when it doesn't stay fixed.

I bought this fridge sight unseen; I was limited by the space in my kitchen. But I'm very happy with my decision! The space on the shelves is great! I wish the drawers were a little deeper though but they are functional. The after-market ice machine went in easily and produces ice in a timely fashion. It's a great looking unit; I love the door handles! The ridges will keep them cleaner, longer! All in all I'm pleased with my new Kitchen Aid refrigerator!

We recently moved into a house that had a large side-by-side refrigerator with all the bells and whistles. We knew from early on that it had to go. We wanted a basic refrigerator that would give us good storage capacity and the ability to easily see everything in the refrigerator without having to move things around to see what was on the shelves. Although the side-by-side refrigerator was supposed to have more cubic feet than this one, the KitchenAid actually has more storage space. We chose not to have an ice maker or water dispenser. We bought a couple of ice cube trays and are set. We are so happy with our KitchenAid.

I've had this a few weeks and for the most part I like it. It holds temperature very well, and I like the adjustable refrigerator shelves. I already had to have one of the flimsy plastic crisper drawer sliders replaced because it snapped off as I was removing fruit from the drawer. The freezer drawer dividers take up too much space and can't be adjusted or removed easily. KitchenAid customer service was no help and told me it couldn't be done. Fortunately, the repair technician who repaired the crisper knew how to remove the dividers. It allows me to utilize otherwise dead space in the freezer.

This is my first time having a single door fridge and so far so good. It does not come with an icemaker so we added one, which was a bit of a challenge for our installer. He got it connected and it took a few hours to product the first batch of ice. Once it started, though, it was fine. I needed a single door because of the kitchen configuration, I'm sure I'll get used to it!

J'ai acheté ce réfrégigareur il y'a 6 ans. Après ma garantie prolongée de 4 ans du magasin, le congélateur s'est mis à couller en dessous et faire de la glace au fond du congélo, en dessous du tiroir du bas. Même après l'avoir débranché le frigo et faire dégeler le congélo pour voir si le problème a été réglé, ça a recommencé le même problème. Dans ma famille il y'a quelqu'un qui ale même frigo que mois et a eu le même problème.

We did not want an Ice Maker in our fridge, they are hard to find without them in it. Yes you can buy one that has one and never hook it up but then you have wasted space in the freezer and sometimes in the fridge too due to the ice maker within it. We have a galley kitchen and no need for french doors so this fridge was perfect for our needs. Replaced an old Amana that was the same size but the KitchenAid seems to have more room in both the freezer and fridge. I love it!!!!

I bought the refrigerator because it fit our space appropriately. Have been pleasantly pleased with how quiet the ice maker has functioned. Refrigerator visually easier to use, food doesn't get lost .

Great overall fridge. Size, appearance, handles are perfect. Also like how the bottom freezer opens/closes. One area that needs to be improved are the drawers. They are not the same quality of the rest of the fridge (I.e. lower) and can fall out if pulled to far. Should be made better.

Because of the limited space in our kitchen, this refrigerator fit our needs. Since KitchenAid is a highly recognized company, we felt this would be the best choice. However, it is not finger resistant (as advertised) and the drawers in both the refrig and freezer are very poorly made. We purchased the optional ice maker that is basically useless because there is no water filter with this appliance. Considering the price, this was a poor choice.
