This is the same refrigerator we had that we replaced. Doesn't. Have butter or lunchmeat compartment like the old one had. Not sure why Whirlpool did away with it. Otherwise we love everything else about it.

Bought in July. Have been very happy with it. Deli drawer, inside water dispenser and adjustable shelves are my favorite features. Only issue I've discovered is that the light switch in the freezer gets stuck sometimes when pulling the freezer door open and the light doesn't come on.

I bought this a month ago to replace a 15 year old whirlpool. I love the freezer in the bottom and the french doors. So easy to see everything. Not a lot of freezer storage but I have a full size freezer and don't really need the space. I have not had to replace the filter yet so I can't comment to that.

Purchased a month ago and my family and I LOVE this fridge. As a family of 4, it comes with a perfect amount of storage space, the water dispenser is a hit for my 2 children. I have a lot of guests that visit my home and I wanted this fridge in particular for the built in water feature, I love it water taste clean and refreshing. I was on the fence about the size due to some of the reviews but I can stock my freezer with plenty of meats, frozen veggies, as well as other miscellaneous freezer items with no problem (just try to avoid putting boxes in the freezer to obtain space) and the space at the top is perfect with room to spare. Have recommended this appliance and will continue to do so.

We bought this refrigerator on 8-16-19 and it was just delivered on 9-19-19, so I have only had it for a week now. I am not sure what took Whirlpool 5 weeks to deliver this refrigerator, but so far I am very pleased with it. It has so much more room than my previous refrigerator. I love having the water dispenser on inside rather than on the outside of the door. I believe it is much more sanitary and the outside of the door looks cleaner. I think I have plenty of freezer space for what I need. There is only 2 of us in the house, so we don't have a big family to keep food for. So far, so good in my book. I did check out reviews on this refrigerator before purchasing it and there were far more good reviews than bad ones. This frig received more good reviews than bad on all of the websites I researched. I had originally decided on a Samsung refrigerator, but once I started reading the reviews and doing more research, this Whirlpool came out ahead. This is the main reason we bought this particular refrigerator.

I bought this refrigerator from Home Depot because it promised delivery a month earlier than Best Buy. The appliance did arrive when promised, but the delivery service didn't remove the packaging materials or connect the ice maker. I had to do that myself. The delivery service removed my front door without permission and damaged the door trim when putting the hinge pins back.
I had a nearly identical Kenmore fridge that I bought in 2003. I wanted one the same color (black) and the same dimensions without a lot of fancy gadgets. This is the only model that met my requirements. The old unit had a textured front that my wife and I preferred. It also had a butter dish, while the new one does not. My wife is disappointed that the new unit is not quieter. One of the LED light bulbs was loose, but I couldn't tighten it because the manual for this unit is so bad that I couldn't figure out how to remove the light cover. So Whirlpool paid a service technician to come out and tighten the bulb. The Kenmore had a good manual. The temperature controls are better than the 16-year-old model.

From the start, the left fridge door closes automatically, while the right one stays open. One of these is clearly not right, and the one that won't stay open is the aggravating one. The left door is also slightly (though noticeably) lower than the right (just why of a centimeter). I wish there was a way to fix these, and it would be a wonderful refrigerator.

I am happy with my purchase. The water dispenser does not take up any space and is very cold. It is somewhat noisy. Refrigerator temp is set on 4, 7 is coldest. Drawers have controls for vegetables and fruit. Freezer is set on 1. Not as much room in the freezer as I would like. Ice maker filling is similarly noisy.

When refrigerated was delivered, delivery people found a n almost invisible dent in the upper right hand door, he suggested we call Whirlpool to get a replacement door. When we called, they suggested we get a new refrigerator, their rationale was that the whole door seal could possibly be compromised. Very impressed that they were as concerned about what I would have been of little concern to me.
The only thing my wife doesn't like about the appliance is that you can see all the fingerprints on the black finish, other than that, we love the appliance and how concerned Whirlpool was with the dent. If it weren't for the fingerprint issue, I would have definitely rated it 5 stars

I am happy with our recent purchase of this fridge. I like the French doors and the open concept of it. I also like the water on the inside. It's nice with little kids especially. The cons are 2 gallons of milk don't fit in the door which means I had to basically eliminate another shelf to accommodate my families milk consumption. Then as a result I can't really fit anything else with any kind of size in there.

My husband bought this for me as a surprise! I hated the side by side that came with the home we bought a couple of months ago. It's nice having a water dispenser that doesn't get in the way yet gives nice cold water at the touch of a button.
