This water in the door feature is not set up well. The water dispenser is out front and the ice is back. Every time I try to get ice it drops water. It's a terrible design.
If I could return this I would.
Also there's no deli drawer.
It's not a well set up refrigerator.

I moved into a new home with this refrigerator 2 months ago. Everything works well, however the dispenser on the door is poorly designed. The water spout is out too far-water drips down front of the door and the floor. Also, the buttons should light up- can't see the button to turn on the light! And the light is below and behind the ice & water dispensers, so it is impossible to see how much is going into the glassw/o turning on an overhead light in the kitchen!

My parents bought this when we first moved in. For the most part it does what it is suppose to and it fits everything we need. The only issue I have is that one of the plastic bins have begin to break. Also one of the drawers begin to split where we sat our sodas. Other than that it has been great.

We thought we ordered a different fridge. Should have checked the paperwork. Too late now. This is the same fridge we had in our apartment. Hated it then and this version is worse. The ice dispenser will drop a cube on hardwood floor anytime it feels like it. The water dispenser is too close to ice. One wrong move and water on floor and down fridge. There are two drawers...I wanted three in fridge compartment and they do not move in and out freely. Looks like they knew that and put some silicone grease to help but bottom shelf slides out with bottom drawer. Door swings open too fast, far and hard. No panel at bottom to cover tubing. Ice bin hard to remove. Total bad buy! Really noisy too!

My new Townhome came with this Whirlpool Side-by-Side Refrigerator and I LOVE IT! Not only does it hold EVERYTHING I want - the fridge door holds as much as the shelves and that's super convenient, there's 2 big, deep drawers for fruits & vegetables, and meats & cheeses, the freezer handles all my stock, there's a filtered water & ice maker - AND the icons for the water & ice dispenser act as a Nightlight for my kitchen!!!! Been using fridge for a month now came with new house. Not my first choice but it does the job keeps everything cool when you set to labeled setting "ideal". It was a little too cold for my salad it made it extra cold it was icy. But that was just one thing I like everything else cold.
The water dispenser is great and ice is perfect. Except one issue after using the water you will get a small drip that leaves a water stain on the stainless steel door we have to constantly keep cleaning. The water drip pan does not catch the drip leaving behind a ugly streak of water that it's hard to remove. Only if the water drip was lined up with the water spout. Only issue we have. But overall great fridge.

This fridge was the builder's spec and it was an excellent choice with one exception; I had to call for warranty repair the first day due to a faulty valve to the water dispenser that wasn't working although there was ice. Otherwise, the space, ease of organizing, and overall convenience have been excellent. Temperature regulation is quite accurate and seems well distributed; the interior has great lighting and an appealing clean look.
