I bought From Costco 3 weeks ago. It was delivered two weeks later. After we switched handles to the other side noticed that the seals were not ceiling properly. I called Costco and they have a concierge service that called and made an appointment for a repair company. They came out to see what was wrong with the refrigerator and found that the door was warped and ordered another door. The problem is that it might take 4 to 6 week to get another.

I bought this 20 cu ft refrigerator to replace my 22 cu ft Whirlpool refrigerator and I wonder why it's listed as being smaller. I can tell the shelves don't come as close to the door as my old refrigerator and there seems to be empty room in the back of the shelves and my question is why? I wish I had kept my old shelves just to use them to have more shelf room, plus my old top shelf would move out and in. Not all changes are better.

Absolutely hate this refrigerator and waiting for Lowe's to pick it up. Took almost 48 hours for the refrigerator to cool to safe temperature. Have had this for several weeks and the freezer temp has never gone down to zero. The settings are currently on the coldest. There is no way to regulate the fridge and freezer separately.

I bought this a few months ago & I am mostly very happy with it. It is a great size; lots of room in it. Looks nice. My biggest complaint is that the doors ARE NOT FINGERPRINT RESISTANT & they are hard to keep clean. We would like the shelves to be more adjustable, too. It does makes strange noises, which worry me; but, the manual says this is normal. I hope this is true. Only time will tell.

The seals on the doors were compressed and not creating a tight seal. The refrigerator ran non stop. The water build up was an inconvenience to say the least. It took two weeks to get the service department to fix the problem. I was told it is a common problem when the handles on the doors are changed.
I am also waiting for a new door due to dents that were created in the factory.

We bought this size refrigerator because it was larger than the one we had for over 30 years and wanted one with the top freezer. We like the see-through shelves and drawers. Surprised that the drawers are two different sizes. Veggies will be kept in the larger drawer and fruit in the smaller drawer.

I bought this fridge/freezer 2 years ago and have had nothing but problems. I would estimate that I have lost $200-$300 worth of food from the fridge being too cold and freezing my veggies and the freezer being too warm causing me to lose meat and ice cream. Of course it only carries a 1 year warranty so now I have to pay to have someone service it.

Delivered a month ago, stopped working almost immediately, repairman said neither the freezer or refrigerator doors are sealing. In fact none of the bottom of the refrigerator door seal meets the refrigerator to seal. New doors on order to arrive in 6 weeks. They had better seal. In the meantime, I have to empty entire unit at least once a week, shut unit off overnight with doors open and fan on it to defrost the drain, turn on the next day to operate, put food back in, etc. $100+ in food spoiled the first time, also it runs continuously so my electric bill is higher. I'm totally disgusted with the quality of this refrigerator. Where is your quality control and inspection of these appliances?
